Day 1. Arrive Delhi

• Arrive Delhi, meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel.

• Afternoon at Leisure.

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2. Delhi

• Full day city sightseeing tour of Delhi.

• Places to see in Delhi - Redfort, Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, Gandhi Samadhi, Humayun Tomb, Parliament House, India Gate, Lotus Temple, Birla Mandir, Sisganj Gurudwara. 

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3. Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh

• Early morning departure to Rishikesh via Haridwar.

• Visit of Haridwar Temples and evening Aarti ceremony at Har ki Pauri.

• Overnight stay at the Ashram.

Day 4. Rishikesh

• Join Yoga and Meditation camp at Rishikesh.

• Morning Aarti in the Ashram Prayer Hall, 
  Morning Yoga Session - 60-90 minutes of Yoga, Breakfast, Optional activities like Seva / Library Room / Nada Yoga Session / Yoga Nidra Session, Lunch, Yoga Nidra Session, Evening Yoga Session - 60-90 minutes, Evening Aarti by the holy river Ganga.  

• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5. Rishikesh

• Morning Aarti in the Ashram Prayer Hall, 
  Morning Yoga Session - 60-90 minutes of Yoga, Breakfast, Optional activities like Seva / Library Room / Nada Yoga Session / Yoga Nidra Session, Lunch, Yoga Nidra Session, Evening Yoga Session - 60-90 minutes, Evening Aarti by the holy river Ganga.

• Overnight stay at the Ashram.

Day 6. Rishikesh 

• Morning Aarti in the Ashram Prayer Hall, 
  Morning Yoga Session - 60-90 minutes of Yoga, Breakfast, Optional activities like Seva / Library Room / Nada Yoga Session / Yoga Nidra Session, Lunch, Yoga Nidra Session, Evening Yoga Session - 60-90 minutes, Evening Aarti by the holy river Ganga.
